Baltimore County School Board District 3 Report • Oct 2026

Community Campaign Briefing

Focused on Student Outcomes, Safety, and Fiscal Integrity

As we approach Election Day on November 3, our commitment to District 3 remains clear and grounded. By collaborating constructively with BCPS Superintendent Dr. Bill Heiser, we continue to demand academic rigor, restore disciplined learning environments, and ensure transparent governance for Baltimore County families.

My opponent has chosen a partisan campaign strategy, drawing significant support from establishment figures like Congressman Johnny Olszewski and Governor Wes Moore. However, it is vital that we keep political agendas out of our classrooms and off our school boards. Educational decisions must always prioritize academic achievement over politics.

Schools in Baltimore County's District School Board District 3 Include: Carroll Manor Elementary, Cockeysville Middle, Dulaney High, Fifth District Elementary, Hampton Elementary, Hereford High, Hereford Middle, Jacksonville Elementary, Loch Raven High, Lutherville Lab Tech Elementary, Mays Chapel Elementary, Padonia International Elementary, Pine Grove Elementary, Pinewood Elementary, Pot Spring Elementary, Ridgely Middle, Seventh District Elementary, Sparks Elementary, Timonium Elementary, and Warren Elementary.
